Common questions

Does my data sync between devices?

Yes. If you are signed into iCloud, your people, occasions, and gifts sync automatically across your own Apple devices through your private iCloud. If you are signed out, everything still works and stays on your device.

Is the widget free?

Yes. The home-screen widget and the full app for up to three people are free. GiftGauge Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited people and premium widget styles.

How do reminders work?

Turn on a reminder for any occasion and pick how far ahead you want to be nudged, from the day of up to two months before. Reminders are local to your device, and the app asks permission the first time you enable one.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings inside GiftGauge and tap Restore Purchases. Your GiftGauge Pro unlock is tied to your Apple ID, so it carries across your devices.
